Creating an Entry Strategy

Much as its name implies, an entry strategy is the strategy you set for when you’d like to enter the market. It’s a set of one or more trading actions that will be sent to the market if and when your condition(s) are met.

But you actually don’t have to define any conditions — they’re optional. Just bear in mind that if you choose to proceed with a condition-free entry strategy, your order will immediately be sent to the market.

To define these actions and conditions, just write it out as a plain English sentence — either by typing the description into the Wizard’s text field or by selecting keywords from the dynamic suggestions beneath it.

Once you’ve finalized your entry strategy, just click Next to define your exit strategy.
