By strict definition, a strategy is “a plan of action or policy designed to achieve a major or overall aim.” At Capitalise, that’s exactly what we’re here to help with.

More specifically, we’re here to help you with your trading strategy.

In trading, a strategy sets the rules for your trades, specifying the market conditions to trigger an entry and/or exit from the market. In its most basic form, it comprises just an entry strategy; however, it’s more commonly made up of both an entry strategy and an exit strategy, creating a loop that continuously shifts into and out of position.

Your strategy could have one condition, or it could abide by many. Said conditions could be based on an asset’s price (be it the asset you intend to trade, or a different one), a technical indicator, profit, loss, or anything other attribute related to an asset.

Your strategy can depend upon one condition or many.
