We are partnered with several brokers, and the list continues to lengthen. If you are signing up (or planning to do so) via several (more than one) partners, there are some things you should know.

Each partner has its own website and address.

That means that when you log in, you need to make sure you are doing so in the right address.

How can you make sure this is the right website?

Check the website address, the broker's name should appear at the beginning of it:

Look at the Capitalise.ai logo at the top-left of the screen, the partner logo should be there as well.

Another thing to pay attention to is that you cannot sign in with more than one user each time.

If you try connecting with broker X account, while logged in with broker Y account - The broker Y account will be automatically disconnected.

Note that you can use the same email when signing up via another broker, however, we recommend using a different password for each.
