If a strategy is stopped by Capitalise.ai, users will get a notification that their strategy has stopped.

Let's go through the three most common causes of stopped strategies.

Too many triggers

If your strategy attempts too many triggers in a short time frame, the strategy will stop. This normally happens if there are more than 4 triggers within 15 seconds.

Technical issues associated with Capitalise.ai

There are many variables that could affect this and if you see this message you should contact our customer support department to help gain clarity on the issue.

Technical issues associated with your brokerage firm

You'll be able to find a message with an explanation for the stoppage.

If your strategy stopped due to technical issues, you won't be able to restart the strategy and as such, you will need to clone the strategy to run it live again.

If you're not sure why your strategy has stopped, we suggest that you contact our Customer Support Centre.
