Canceled orders

Common reasons why a trade might be canceled during execution.

Canceled trades can happen from time to time, and there are a few different reasons why this might occur. When a trade is canceled, the status will show as “Canceled” on the strategy card on your strategy page.

Just above the strategy card, you’ll usually see the reason for the cancellation.

If the cancellation is due to a technical issue, the strategy will automatically stop. In this case, you’ll need to restart the strategy manually if you’d like it to continue running.

In some cases, you may see that a card shows no reason for the cancellation. This is most commonly caused by a conflict between the entry and exit triggers.

For example, if your entry condition is triggered and the exit condition is immediately met at the same time, the strategy may cancel that hit to avoid taking an unnecessary or instantly reversed position.
