We make it simple to simulate a strategy. Click on Create a Strategy and you'll be taken to the Strategy Creation Wizard. Here, you'll notice a toggle button that you can flip between real or simulate modes.

In simulation mode, you can simulate your trading orders based on real market data, without making any actual trades. It will help you learn about the various conditions, test your strategy’s performance, and understand the platform — without any of the risks of trading. 

When choosing simulation mode, you’ll notice that things look different — we want it to be extremely clear, so you never make any mode-related mistakes. For instance, you’ll notice that in simulation mode, certain elements show up as yellow. And when viewing your list of strategies in the My Strategies window, you’ll see a tag denoting simulated strategies.

If you like what you see in simulation mode, you can clone any simulated strategy to run it as a real strategy.
