Parameters:
Number of Bars (NumOfBars): How many bars to consider for volume calculation.
Bar Period: Timeframe for each bar (1m, 5m, 15m, 1h, 1d, etc.).
Volume Type: Total traded volume or average volume.
Examples:
Buy 0.1 BTCUSDT if BTCUSDT 1 minute volume > BTCUSDT 20-1m bar average volume by at least 50%
