A. If you contact our support team because you're experiencing issues with a strategy, we'll probably ask you to send us the unique strategy ID for the strategy in question. 

To find this ID, start by logging into your account. Navigate to the hamburger menu and click on "My Strategies." Find the strategy that's giving you trouble and click through to it. 

You'll see a series of numbers and letters in the URL — that's the strategy ID. You can simply copy-paste that ID as needed.
