A. Like many things in life, there’s no one answer to this question. There are a number of reasons that an order or position may fail to open or close.

Perhaps your limit order is too far from the market price, maybe your trading account is low on funds, or there could be an unexpected technical issue.

Whenever a failure occurs, you’ll receive an email, a notification within the Capitalise platform, and the strategy will stop running.
